Can I receive a Laundry Delivery if I am not home?
Yes! When requesting your laundry service, you can opt for your pickup and delivery to be done at your doorstep, or picked up and delivered in the main office of your building. That way you can receive your laundry at your door if you're home, or pick it up later when you get back.
Is there a minimum charge?
For our pay-as-you-go laundry option, there is a minimum charge of 10 pounds. For the most cost effective service, we recommend choosing one of our repeat service options.
Is there a minimum time commitment for the repeat laundry service?
No. Our repeat service can be used once if needed, but it is designed to make it as seamless as possible for those who are looking for recurring laundry services. We also offer pre-paid laundry gift cards if you’re looking for a great gift for busy loved ones.
Will my clothing be mixed with anyone elses?
