Housekeeping FAQs

How will you access my apartment?

Have specific entry instructions for us? Fill us in on any gate codes, door codes, or lockbox locations in your order notes when scheduling a cleaning service.

It is the responsibility of each customer to meet property specific requirements to grant our cleaners access to your home. Please check with your property's permission-to-enter process. Common examples include written authorization via online resident portal, providing a copy of your key to property management or front desk staff, or unlocking the door via a smart lock app.

Please make sure to keep up with our arrival updates to ensure the cleaner can access your unit if you are away. If the housecleaner is unable to enter your home, the service will be cancelled and may be non-refundable.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

While you do not need to stay home while our cleaners work their wonders, you're welcome to do whatever works best for you. Most customers prefer to schedule their housekeeping when they are at work or away from home, but you may want to consider sticking around if you need to be present for the cleaner to enter your home.

What is a “Curtsy Clean”

Our “Curtsy Clean” service is a once per week cleaning package that offers hotel-style housekeeping services for those who want to take some chores off their plate and keep their living space maintained without needing to spend too much on additional services. This is great for single tenants, couples, or anyone who wants a convenient way to spruce up their home.

We offer multiple time blocks throughout the week for our “Curtsy Clean”, so make sure to schedule your cleaning for the most convenient time.
